- Obituary Notice - February 3, 1917:
Thomas Wadden, 1129 Leighton Street, was notified today of the deathof his brother-in-law, Arthur Chamberlain, which occurred atPrinceton, Illinois, at 9:30 o'clock last night.
Mr. Chamberlain was a former well known resident of Keokuk. He as aprinter and learned his trade in The Gate City office. He had beentroubled for some time with heart trouble and had been seriously illfor the last two weeks.
The decedent was born in Keokuk. He left here about sixteen years ago.He leaves a wife Mrs. Elizabeth Chamberlain, but no children. He wasfifty two years of age. Another brother-in-law, George Wadden, hadbeen with him during his illness. The body is to be brought to Keokukfor burial.
