Glassbrenner
George B. Glassbrenner, 58, of 1802 Woodland Ave., died this morningat St. Anthony’s Hospital where he had been a patient for 10 days.
He had been in failing health ince 1957, but had continued to work atOlin Mathieson Chemical Corp., until recently.
A son of the late Dr. and Mrs. Anton F. Glassbrenner, he was born inAlton, July 3, 1906. He was a member of an old North Alton family.
Mrs. Glssbrenner was a member of Elm Street Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Helen Glassbrenner, and a sister, Mrs.Leo Pohlman.
Arrangements for the funeral are pending. The body is at Gent Chapel.
