Terry W. Kenney, 70, died at 5:18 a.m. Monday, July 28, 2008, at hishome.
He was born April 16, 1938, in Alton, the son of Donald and EuniceKenney and stepson of Ethel Kenney.
He married the former Ann McBride on April 24, 1965, in Alton. Shesurvives.
He was a graduate of Marquette Catholic High School and a U.S. Armyveteran. He was a retired driver for Vesci Inc., and over the past 10years worked part time at Evangelical United Church of Christ. He wasan avid St. Louis Cardinals and Notre Dame football fan.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons and their wives,Stephen and Bridget Kenney and Jonathan and Jen Kenney, all ofGodfrey; and three grandchildren, Riley, Jackson and Addison Kenney.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 30, at GentFuneral Home in Alton, where services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday,July 31. The Rev. Jerry MeCaskey will officiate.
Burial will be at St. Patrick's Cemetery in Godfrey.
Memorials may be made to the Evangelical School for The Young Years.
